Young folk who think they're in a role coming into any job are cocky and arrogant. They argue with you about everything, but at the same time haven't got a clue what they're talking about. We're trained to believe one thing, well the truth is always something else. You get mocked now when you call up the complainer put something, and that's what mockery is. There's no pretense now serving the customer, there's no pretence now serve the customer. I say the Korean government has been on this strike out with post office while it goes low for a while. It could be worth every realt of every single dollar we've paid them so far.
