The Myth of Gangs

The myth that we are sold about gangs is that we have to eradicate them because they're so hierarchical and thy're soe sophisticated. But behind the scenes, all this is used for is just to go after 15-year-olds spray painting graffidi or stealing cars. The legal definitions are all to catch the wolf packs of the world, right? It's all low level stuff. None of it is about your trafficking drugs across state lines.
