Work-Life Balance in an Asynchronous Workspace
I think that written communication skills are so important in an asynchronous workspace. And also you can't ever communicate everything that happened in a meeting unless someone were to watch the videotape of it, which would be dreadfully boring. But if you have that document that are with everyone's feedback, that's a very different way of demonstrating. Or being like, this is how we did it in our last meeting and it turned out okay. Yeah.
