Wet Wipes of Warmer Baby Skin

A few years ago, nobody used wet wipes in China. Now people are selling them all over the place because they're so convenient and have this soothing ability. They say stuff like 99.9% bacteria kill. But I've always had my doubts. First of all, it's really cold for the babies. Can you imagine wiping your, okay, whatever, with cold, wet towels, especially for baby sensitive skin? So that's one thing. And the third thing, I don't really remember is the fact that I've always wondered how they decompose.
