Is There a Difference Between Working and Working?
In the 19 sixties, just about every husband made enough money so that his wife didn't have to go get a job. Now you need two pay checks to do the job of what one pay check used to do. So a lot of people are not only postponing marriage, they're postponing having kids, and then they have fewer kids than they would like because they can't afford them. And i don't care really if the person who works is the man or the woman. People want to talk about women's lib and yet, that's why they're out there working. No, they're working by necessity, not by choice.
