It really is a truly a long game right you can't just go to somebody as you said when you need help with a project or there's something last minute to right. It's really a long game of truly building a relationship caring having empathy for not only the other teams that you're working with but the actual individuals themselves and what they're facing. So much of that ties into outside of the four walls so to speak of the companies that we work within it ties to our customers and having empathy for them as well.
