Each athlete will have their own fatigue and recovery cycle. And if you're tracking it week to week, you're going to be able to see these fatigue patterns and recovery patterns. As an older athlete, I'm finding my fatigue cycles are extending. It's not the session I did 48 hours ago but something that happened last week.
