Carbohydrates Are Not Bad, Right?

Carbohydrates should be viewed from a perspective of urn or carbohydrates. Your body earns carbohydrates through exercise, through motion, through challenge, through muscle contraction. If i'm being honest, i don't need a huge amount of carbs. But if i was training hard and i wanted to build muscl carbohydrates would definitely be a big part of my plan.
