Are We Going to Survive This as an Airline?

One of the major changes from an industry perspective is this ongoing pilot shortage, where the airlines are still kind of paying for some of the decisions that they made early in the pandemic. The large air lines have been able to navigate this pretty well. But who's really struggling with this are the regional airlines. It's just much more difficult to fly to some of the smaller cities and destinations than it used to be because of this pilot shortage.
