I was embarrassingly serious those early tribal councils. It was like somebody was literally Going to be sacrificed This is the ritual at tribal council once the votes are cast the decision is final the person voted out I mean I was ultra serious and I knew it was corny A 100 percent knew it was laughable but we were trying to tell a unique story. We wanted it to feel like this society this survivor society has been here for a thousand years You're the one that's just discovering it So we chose words specifically like castaways and tribes instead of teams or idols and immunity and treemail Because we wanted it to feels unique and tone was also important in those early seasons.
