The condition of the property is really important and I want to give you the best offer that I can. Don't just throw out 50% to somebody that has pride of ownership in their property. These are plays that work. Run the place that work. And then all of a sudden it's going to build unbelievable confidence and you're going to keep the momentum. The reason we run into these challenges, we don't document them. We don't have self-doubt or doubt in our own heads. It paralyzes us from doing what we are supposed to do.
