There appears to be some evidence that there is, there is a thresholdad although this is being studied further. As far as the type of exercise, absolutely anything that dramatizes the brain is bad. Concussions are bad. You have parkinson pugilistic which means parkinsons that comes about as a result of boxing. And we know that people who have a tramatic brain injury to the head repeatedly have concussions and then dimensias or encephilopathes.

In Episode #226, I’m joined by Drs Ayesha and Dean Sherzai to examine how exercise impacts brain health. We focus on two main considerations: what we know about the relationship between exercise and cognition, and how we can explain this relationship from an evolutionary lens.
