Is There a Spiritual Seclusion in the Night?

There's an interest tradition from the prophet mohammed pesbeponi, where he had three companions. One swore n oath that he would, you know, pray night vigil every night and never, never sleep through a night again. The other said, i will fast every single day, continuously. And so there is something about the need for seclusion in order to develop detachment from the world.
