The Effect of Belief on Relevance Realization

Relevance realization is taking place at a level fundamentally deeper than the level of belief. This fundamental framing is pre-inferential in a deep way because it's pre-communication. By the time you have you in a common sensically obviated world of meaningful objects and situations, relevance realization has already done a tremendous amount of work. It does not generate it by the level of common sense obvious meaningful world. But that world is generated out of relevance realization being coupled to the environment.
