Alzheimer's and the Demand Coupling Hypothesis

We know that Alzheimer's is a very scary and real consequence of unhealthy lifestyles today. And we don't really know how to address it. All pharmaceutical efforts to try to intervene in Alzheimer's disease have failed. The best way to keep your brain sharp is to put it under demands, like dance or jiu-jitsu. We see those as the types of behaviors that create enough stimulus where you then have transferable benefit from them.
