Creating a Buy Box Is Important
The buy box criteria is really, really important because if you're just open ended, first of all, analysis paralysis overwhelmed. If a broker does send you something and it doesn't fit your criteria, you still need to respond to them and actually tell them why it doesn’t fit your criteria. And the other thing too is getting started like, I am still a broker. I am still doing some deals with clients. But if you don't have a target, you can't fire. Exactly.
