Self-acceptance, self-compassion is the starting point in one of the most highly correlated behaviors linked to happiness. When you're aware of and using your top five superpowers, I call them, there's 24 of them in total. But when you're using your top 5, the research shows you're three times more likely to save your high quality of life. It's amazing how just focusing on what you are good at actually can almost remove the stuff that's not there.
