A 27 year old male presents to the trama bay after high speed n v c at the scene. He is hypoxic with the g c ofthree anes intimated. No drugs are given. Primary survey is notable for an endotracial tube. G c s af three and unequal pupils. Secondary survey is unremarkable. Heart rate is one 20. Blood pressure one 50 over 80. Restorar rate 28. Oxygen saturation 92%. C t scan shows a very severe, dramatic brand injury. After ans, the patient becomes increasingly unstable. The wone can talk about to day and focus on is death.
