Only nine teams in the entire NFL won 10 or more games last year since they expanded the playoffs in 2020. There have been teams in both conferences to make the playoffs with nine wins last year, the year before 2020 was the first year of it. If you want to count nine wins or less, but every year nine wins has gotten you into the playoffs. But yes, you can get in with nine wins.
