I think that a couple of things happened at the same time. When I first wrote about having anxiety, I was incredibly daunted in doing that similar to writing about miscarriage. And so now that it's become the fabric of our conversations and our culture, as you say, everybody talks about anxiety. People talk about depression. We have an awareness and a vocabulary of mental health that we didn't before. Don't necessarily think that people are making it up. But I do share what you say. It is a good thing.
