Do Diet Breaks Really Work?

There may be benefits of doing diet breaks, whether they are physiological or psychological. I've never seen any reason to put a set limit on the number of weeks that you can continue with a sustainable diet. And if your diet cannot be continued sustainably, then you probly want to take a break, shift of maintenance. So i i don't see any reason to hold yourself to a limit in terms of how long you can maintain a diet.
