The State Department Building Is in the Marshall Wing
"I was surrounded by some of those brilliant people I've ever met in my life," he says. "All I want to do is make their lives easier, just like I tried to do it post and make sure they can do their job without any interference" The State Department building was built to house what became the Pentagon after World War II. It's all of this kind of, you know, brutalistic art, art and architecture. And so out of curiosity, I was frustrated by some of the general bureaucracy with the QDR at the time,. but I fought it to improve life.
