"I like to operate in funding human beings. Unless it's like crypto unless you're doing like pseudonymous funding but yes for the most part in the normal world that I like to operate," he said. "My worry would be if I'm hiring a ghost writer do all my tweets is that once I get in the room with the founder you know are they going to notice that my personality is completely different than what my brand is online?" He added: "When it deviates completely and it's like orthogonal to your personality like you're just setting yourself up for failure"
