The first person to shadow bottle wine was 90 years ago. The idea of bottling by the producer is absolutely brand new in burgundy. It used to be very much stirred up in a big vat by the famous negotion is bone, and elsewhere. And and ron wine was a large part of it. 19 72 was the year when this was outlawed by the european union. So itisaae in a very different world from the one of forty years ago.
