Gary Gensler's Failure to Reform the SEC

The SEC has averaged like two rule-makings a month under Gary Gensler. He clearly doesn't have the legal authority to implement an ESG rule, but he's forging ahead anyway. With respect to crypto regulation, it's like Hotel California. You can check in, but you can never leave. Almost no one ever gets a no-action letter.
