The average CrossFit coach wants to be the catalyst for other people's transformation using this very specific tool that they're going to experience fulfillment. Most trainers run into and this is why they want to move into personal development and get away from the fitness because they're focused on the tool and not the client. The trick is the pro move is to keep being a service of the client, whatever the client needs. And then also have the conversations around how are you resting? Are there limiting beliefs?
