Daran Daly: No matter how great you are at other things, when you begin something new, you're going to suck. Let that be ok. Lean into it. Give yourself the space to suck. Just begin and just keep working at it. Eventually you'll get better and better. And as you keep going, eventually you'll suck so little you actually might get good.
