The Changes in the Music Industry

I feel like though with covid-19 the climate of work is changing a little bit where before everyone was kind of brainwashed into thinking the nine to five plus two hour commute One way is like normal now that people have more time at home. I think admitting that you're struggling in a way is also just opening up a little bit about your life and like your problems So I do see a little bit of hope in the horizon, but it's nowhere near being able to really showcase your personality at work without fearing any sort of repercussion.
