The Effects of Blue Light on Sleep

There's good evidence that in animal models, giving megalosis of melatonin shrinks the gonads. Amber lenses to block blue light and improve sleep another randomized controlled trial found pretty much the same thing. Smart phone viewing distance and sleep experimental study utilizing motion capture technology. There are some other studies on tart cherry and Kiwi for sleep. I'm not convinced either of those are terribly useful but see what helps you some people have used other things.
