I Want You to Be Pro Active, Not Reactive

If you're a young seal officer and there's something bad happening, the easiest thing for you to do is not do anything. The amount of weight that is sitting on you tell himg, 'You don't anything, you'd better just sit back' And so in order to get you over that hump, i can't just say, have a bias for action,. cause bias for action isn't strong enough to get youover that hump of doing something. Just saying, hay, i want you o be pro active, not reactive. That's not strong enough.
