Aline: I intentionally saved it for afternoon of the night because i knew i would need a fun little romp and that is what scalsey delivers. She says he's very good at delivering books with a very distinctive voice, conversational easy to read not a challenge. The author also talks about how this wasn't the book that he was trying to write but because of um the pandemic and the general psychic damage that everybody took in 2020 and 2021 he couldn't write the book he wanted which is more like serious thing than he typically has undertaken.
