The first step into knowing your context is to become an investigator, asking really good questions. If we can look thosepsch gy or psychological barriers in the eye and then use a couple of questions to break them down, now on the back end, we're like, ok, i understand myself and my team. Now that's my decision making filter. And there might be more to this equation. You may not quite be done.
