The Food Crisis in the Middle East

Middle East countries import a lot of their food from ukraine and russia. The cost of that food has been rising, and now with the war in ukraine, inflation has gotten even worse. In egypt, the government is trying to fight inflation by raising interest rates just like in the united states. A protracted conflict will be catastrophic for the world's poorest people.
