The Bioavailability of Pentathenate From Food

The bioavailability of pentathenate from food is probably 50%. That's based on canned foods that were homogenized into a goop. There seems to be pretty dramatic losses of B5 with various types of processing in foods. When vegetables are frozen, they are blanched first and lose up to 50% of the B5 during blanching.
