i feel like, especially because we tend to work with companies who are either more progressive or wont to be more progress, i feel like there's at a team lead an up level. So what i see a lot is just like, wobbliness. The arpa one is accountable, responsible, participant, advise, ser sure. Which is trying to make racy better, which is sort of like trying to make a shit sandwich better by adding some mayonnaise.
A big frustration we often encounter in our work concerns decision-making. Folks feel like their process is too slow; too fast; includes the wrong people; excludes the right people; is too big; is too small. No matter the specific organizational headaches, the headline basically stays the same: “We know this isn’t working but we can’t fix the problem.”
