The Psychotic's Relationship to the Real

The psychotic's big struggle is the relationship to the symbolic and the way that they have imaginary redelusional or hallucinogenic props. The real is just all too present among the housing and secure psychotics in my neighborhood. I don't think anxiety belongs in the clinical structure of psychosis. But I'm not that kind of doctor.
