Vegan Protein Sources - Is There a Difference Between Lucy and Amino Acids?

In general, you've got some like random vegan proteins that are a little bit higher in Lucy. But for the most part, when you look at your standard proteins that are thought of as vegan proteins, they're generally anywhere from 25 to 50% lower in Lucy compared to animal sources. So now what does that mean? I think that if you were a vegan, you, you can get enough protein to maximize muscle building. It's just going to be really difficult to get enough from whole food because of calorie content and things like that.
