Introduction
Temperatures are likely to rise by more than 1.5-degree Celsius above pre-industrial levels. The most vulnerable group make up 75% of India's workforce that is dependent on outdoor economic activities. In Delhi where the average temperature in the day can easily go up to 46 degrees, you can still find street vendors and auto drivers braving the blazing sun for a living.
