i can't imagine a bible, hey, gi lits tod lets to a youth's bible junior high bible study on the book of ezekiel. If you're trying to read this seriously, like with your grandmother or something, this is a really uncomfortable passage. It bothers me that we can just dismiss all of these sort of like stories because all they're stupid and they're absurd. But if you let the bible be messy and uncomfortable, yek, this is an uncomfortable passage. The only reason why people dismiss the bible for how absurd it is is because of the way in which we try to make it clean and sanitary and pure.
