Action Items and Follow Ups From Post Mortems

There's not one way to actually create a follow up, but you need to insure that a follow up will happen. The action items may be assigned to, let say, the rightful owner in the policy. It can be whoever is the subject matter expert. So there's no one answer. And like we saying a lot of other things, it depends.
