The rules about going from politics to journalism and journalism to politics have been utterly shattered in the last 25 years. There's a reason why Democratic administrations knew to go to Linda Douglas and Jay Carney and all of these guys because they'd seen them at parties, maybe that some of their people were married to them or whatever. But I don't think it's, and part of what's so challenging is there's not like a symmetrical conservative media that has, that is doing original reporting. And as Tucker Carlson once gave a great speech calling for this and sort of challenging that these sort of big journalistic institutions on their own terrain of doingoriginal reporting.
