The Overinflation of Decision Making

I'm curious about Tracy's response to this, which I think is fear. We may have made a B plus decision and we could sit there and poke holes at the fact that it wasn't right. But we actually have to now go do it. What follows after the decision is where the impact lives. And the same thing is true of hiring. That's true of the decisions that we make as an organization.
