How to Distain Corruption in the Organization

Ken wolf: The most important aspect of making sure culture discourages corrupt behavior is having non corrupt people at the top. Having the best people, the most influential and important people in the culture, be good people isn't a fact about the organization; that's a factabout the people. But if you have bad people at thetop, it's just hard for any amount of organizational safeguarding to prevent bad behavior throughout the whole organization. i am not a social scientist, i should say, and that is my very personal, very non evidence driven judgment so i might be wrong about that, but there you go.
