The Legislator's View on Cruciform Images of Jesus

It seems to me to be a legal gray zone. We have good evidence that Jesus was actually crucified. The legislator in thinking about what kinds of images of Jesus are people going to make they're not thinking the torture stake images. So, until we would get such a ruling from Rome I couldn't really give you a definitive ruling on that. Whether now there's no prohibition on depicting Jesus that way.
