Do We Want to Go Wel? Or Just Scream Right on By?
We take steers, we remove their testies, so they stop making hard chiselled muscle. That's not what the American consumer wants to see in the meat case. You can't get that when there's a lot of test osteron in the animal. We're giving it something synthetic to make it perform above and beyond its genetic potential. Is this really what we need to be doing with our food supply? I thinki we consistently have given our communities an idea of what beef tastes like... It may be apples and oranges, but it's not to me.
