XCloud does not have 4K support. Most people don't have internet connections fast enough to do exactly even close to what you require for a consistent experience. It's like, if you're willing to spend $200 a year on the ultimate tier, you're probably going to already be spending $100 a month on a gigabit fiber connection. I think having it as like a middle ground is where cloud gaming is right now and will be for the foreseeable future until internet improves in the US and beyond.
