The Differences Between Regular and Regular Diacritics in Languages

In the context of his con world, we have lots of people borrow the writing system of another group. Like capital F or, you know, T and L or I and like one capital I lowercase L. It doesn't always have to be regular, but sometimes if you've got scholars worrying about things, you might get something regular. But it's those two forms still look very similar to me.
