The Importance of Experience in Advertising

I don't think I ever had more energy than after a 12-hour day of having people come in for facials. It was just so energizing to see people and help them and make them feel good. And then let them walk out the door glowing. We used to have pizza parties. You know what? It was so exciting to reach people like that. Well, a lot of beauty, like words and advertising then was sort of like corrective. Like you need this fixed. In a way that's very normal now, but I think it was a little bit more revolutionary then.
