The Future of Office Financing
With the capital market dislocation, we've been seeing for a while now, it's led to decreased financing for certain types of property types. For example, five years ago, it was easier to get an office loan than it is now. Retail has sort of flip flop, certain retail. It's very interesting. We're seeing more financings in hospitality, retail, self-storage, mixed use. Office is feeling the brunt of finding owners of office,. not finding a harder time finding agreeable financing.
