Bernie Sanders: Far to the Left
I think Europeans sometimes can underestimate how, you know, far to the left Bernie Sanders actually is. In his most recent presidential campaign in 2020, he proposed an 8% wealth tax which would be something like six times higher than the current highest wealth tax anywhere in the world. He is genuinely very far economically to the left. So I just don't think we should, we should underplay that. But then again, you're comparing a little bit apples and oranges.
